Drawing device is intended for removal of ready product from the forming
braiding product zone. Drawing devices are produced in three variants:
drum, Caterpillar and rolling.

| It is constructively executed as welded
rack with the drawing drums and reducer on it. Near the drums
multiple-pass rolls are installed.
At absence thereof receiving device the drawing
device is completed with pressed rolls, which are installed
so that they press only 2 last coils on the dram, as a result
"slipping down" back from the dram is prevented.
At presence of receiving devices, drawing
units may not be completed with multiple-pass rolls. At the
same time in front of drawing dram with little gap to his
lateral surface shearing lath is installed. It displaces second
and all previous coils of braiding product to the first coil
on the dram.

| Caterpillar take off device is intended
for take off ready product from the zone of braid forming.
Constructively it produced as weld-fabricated base with installed
caterpillar on it. Due to caterpillar’s rotation over braided
product, pressed between caterpillars, moves out of braiding
zone. The grasp mechanism is foreseed for ensuring over braiding
of the tubes with different diameters.

It is executed as a cast rack
with three rubberized rolls in it, connected with each other
by gearings, between which the ready product is put.
The rubberized rolls are drawn in to each
other by screws through a rubber plate, for maintenance of
necessary force of ready product drawing out.
Exchangeable gears are used for provision
of necessary braiding thickness. |
